1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mainframe Modernizer platform, including the Intelligence Station and associated tools (collectively, "the Product"), provided by Sukamo Technologies ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the Product.

2. Description of the Product

Sukamo Technologies provides a specialized AI-powered platform designed for legacy code modernization. The Mainframe Modernizer includes features such as:

• Repo-Wide Static Code Intelligence
• COBOL Business Logic Extraction
• AST & CFG Parsing Engine
• Automated Unit Test Generation
• Offline GraphDB Analysis
• Target Language Conversion

3. Use of the Product

You agree to use the Product only for lawful enterprise modernization purposes. You are solely responsible for the integrity and security of the legacy source code you input into the Product. While our platform is designed for offline, secure use to protect your IP, you must ensure your use of the Product complies with your internal security policies and data governance regulations.

4. AI and Accuracy Disclaimer

The Mainframe Modernizer utilizes Agentic AI and LLM technologies to assist in code analysis and conversion. You acknowledge that AI-generated code, documentation, and architectural insights are provided as a baseline for modernization. Sukamo Technologies does not guarantee the 100% functional equivalence of converted code without human verification. Users are required to utilize the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) features of the Product to validate and refine all business logic extractions and conversions.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sukamo Technologies will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Product, including but not limited to, compilation errors in converted code, loss of data during analysis, or business interruptions caused by the modernization process.
